Guided by a belief that good content marketing puts brand identity into action, Mark helps organizations bridge the gap between “This is who we are” and “This is why you should care.” Before joining CXO, he spent 12 years at IBM supporting content creation across multiple business units across the company, including IBM Cloud, IBM Systems and IBM Watson IoT.

As the father of two young boys, Mark is familiar with the concept of hobbies, and he aspires to have one someday.
