After completing several acquisitions, Sterling Commerce wanted help crafting a cohesive corporate story and messaging strategy that would encompass its diverse products and services. After a series of internal and external audits and several positioning workshops with Sterling’s leadership team, we helped the company develop a corporate position and message architecture centered on the idea of business collaboration networks. Then, we worked with Sterling’s marketing executives to develop a communication plan, marketing playbook and supporting white papers, helping to bring the new messaging to life.
