CXO Communication was hired to develop a new brand strategy for PRTM, a well respected management consulting firm known for its product development and supply chain expertise.

After conducting an extensive client audit, CXO and the PRTM management team created a new brand platform that emphasized the firm’s expertise in operational strategy. This positioning maximized PRTM’s heritage, while creating a foundation for future growth. The brand strategy and accompanying message architecture, which spotlighted the firm’s proven ability to create operational innovations that transformed markets, was enthusiastically approved by the firm’s global director base.

PRTM successfully launched the new brand strategy in 2006. They worked closely with CXO and Boston-based design firm Continuum to create a new website, collateral portfolio, training curriculum, corporate presentation and services approach to drive the strategy to market.
