"We knew we were different, but we were struggling to differentiate our commercial real estate firm in a market where everyone was basically saying the same thing. Within a short time, CXO had rallied our core management team around a common ‘elevator story’ and key messages that articulated our philosophy and the ultimate value we bring our clients"
Richard Wham, Managing PrincipalLiberty-Greenfield, a real estate advisory firm specializing in complex transactions for large corporate clients such as eBay and Google, wanted to raise its profile among Fortune 500 companies in California and to debut its new West Coast office.
CXO Communication developed a brand messaging architecture to help Liberty-Greenfield articulate the benefits of its unusual, multi-disciplinary approach to real estate advisory services - one that involved not only commercial real estate agents, but also experts in accounting, corporate finance and transactional management. We then developed a public relations program to launch Liberty-Greenfield’s new Silicon Valley office.
