The Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization (YEO) had reached a critical inflection point. As the organization and its members matured, two sub-brands representing “young” and “experienced” entrepreneurs had emerged and were polarizing the members. The board, which was comprised of member leaders, asked CXO Communication to help.
CXO worked with YEO to transition to a unified brand, simply expressed as the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). We developed communication programs that refocused EO’s members on their shared experience as entrepreneurs, a valuable distinction that superseded their differences in age.
CXO guided the creation of the new EO message architecture, visual identity and product strategy. We worked closely with the EO leadership team to roll out their new brand platform to an overwhelmingly positive reception at gala events in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and in Washington, DC.
